PomPom started out in the Waikato of New Zealand and with changes due to both life style and new opportunities relocated the partners to opposite ends of the north island.
With the available technology working remotely became the new norm about 2 years ago for our team. This meant that the Covid-19 lock down had little impact on the way we internally manage our work-flow and communications, meaning we could focus on client delivery and adapting in what was a challenging time for many businesses!

Natalie Rutene - Bay of Plenty, NZ
We have been working in the BOP region for just over 2 years when Natalie Rutene, one of the Managing Partners relocated there with her family a decision made due to the family all taking up surfing as a hobby and the ocean calling!
Natalie comments "At this moment in my life there is no place I would rather live, the Tauranga/Mount community is a welcoming one, with a great mix of laid back beach vibes with all the trimmings a NZ city has to offer".

Charlotte Tollervey - Kapiti Coast, NZ
We have only been working in the Kāpiti Coast for a year - but what a year it has been!
Charlotte relocated with her family to Kāpiti when her eldest son got an opportunity he couldn't turn down to join the Wellington Phoenix Football Academy and they have all slotted nicely into life on the coast.
"The business community here has been incredible" commented Charlotte, "they have welcomed PomPom whole heartedly and we have been blessed to work on some awesome events and projects, including the Takutai Kapiti Summit with the Kāpiti Coast District Council, Electra Business Awards for 2020, Action Safety, Work Ready Kāpiti and Kapiti Coast Chamber of Commerce, we are super excited to see what the next year brings!"
