At PomPom, we've always believed that great marketing happens when passionate people come together around work that actually matters. And right now, our team is growing.
It's an exciting time for us. As we welcome more incredible clients into the PomPom whānau, we're looking for a new person to join our tight-knit crew, someone who wants more than just a job, and is looking for work that leaves a real mark.
Meaningful work, real impact
We're fortunate to work alongside a wonderful range of clients, many of them not-for-profits doing extraordinary things across communities in Aotearoa. From the campaigns we plan to the events we help bring to life, our work supports people and causes that are genuinely making a difference.
That's the PomPom difference: every project we take on has a purpose behind it. If you're the kind of person who wants their skills to count for something bigger, this is exactly the kind of team you've been looking for.
A wonderful team, doing work we love
Ask anyone at PomPom what keeps them here, and you'll hear the same thing: the people. We're a close, supportive team who genuinely enjoy working together, and who show up for our clients (and each other) every single day.
We work remotely, but we don't do it alone. There's a real sense of connection in how we collaborate, celebrate wins, and back each other through the busy seasons that come with event and marketing work.
A great new opportunity
To support our growth, we're on the hunt for a Tauranga-based Marketing and Event Coordinator to join us. It's a varied, hands-on role, no two days look the same, working across marketing planning, platform management, and event support for a range of clients we're proud to represent.
If you've got a couple of years of marketing experience under your belt, love the idea of flexible, remote work, and want to be part of a team doing work with real heart, we'd love to hear from you.
